Ingredients (1)

  • Durum wheat bread
  • Soppressata di Calabria PDO
  • Rice mayonnaise
  • Octopus (cooked a low temperature or boiled)
  • Green celery
  • Evo oil
  • Black olives
  • Untreated lemon zest

Preparation

Cut two slices of bread (around 1 cm thick) and delicately toast. Spread some rice mayonnaise onto both slices. Add the slices of Soppressata di Calabria PDO. Finely slice the freshly cooked octopus while still hot and add to the sandwich. Dice the green celery, place in a bowl and season with a drizzle of olive oil. Add it to the sandwich. Garnish with the black olives and the grated lemon zest.
